We had our Speed Queen washer malfunction. Sears was excellent with communicating with us about the appointment time. When our technician got here, on time might I add, he jumped right into fixing our washing machine. His name was Tim and if I could give him 10 stars I would!!!

Arrived and immediately began checking the refrigerator. After his evacuation he explained the problem, and advised he needed to contact the Home Warranty office. He advised the Home Warranty Co. would be contacting us in 3 to 5 days with a solution. Very professional technician

Matt was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Took care of my leaking fridge quickly. He even ordered the correct filters for me on my phone. Rescheduled appt. and came back to install water filter and check everything was good too! He gave EXCELLENT customer service!
