We had a tech come out and paid him 100 bucks for the service call. Then he charged us 383 in advance for him to come fix the oven in three weeks. He cancelled on the day of via text and will not answer his phone. When you call the sears number listed here it takes you to a corporate call center. After 45 min wait I got thru. They confirmed I had paid and he had cancelled the appointment and then advised I try and get the money back from the bank! They did not reschedule tech or refund the prepayment. Stay away !!!
