Tim did a fantastic job. The computer? AI IS HORRIBLE. It took 5 c alls to straighten out that the part was shipped to me. Most of your oversea employees cannot speak properly and most do not know how to update orders. The last employee i talked to was able to fix the problem... AI canceled 5 appointments. You need to do better.

The technician, Timothy, who came to install the microwave part was awesome, as always. However, getting the part took an extremely long time (maybe a couple of months), even though the original technician said the part was available.

The final technician that was sent out did the repair and was awesome. My appointment was rescheduled 4 times, the first 2 times for no show, third time tech person showed without materials to do the job. Communication needs to be better for work required and materials needed to complete job.

Bryan, our service tech, was wonderful However, in getting parts and rescheduling your AI made mistakes, constantly broke up in communication, and made that part of the process difficult.

Nice guy and he fixed the issue, but outrageously overpriced. A quick and simple fix cost half the price of the appliance.

Only AI chat bots, literally no humans. "Appointments" are from 8am-5pm so there goes an entire day. Easier to just buy a new washer, but not from Sears.i wish there were negative stars.
