I had an appointment where I took the day off from work and schedule it for 8 to 12. The technician did not show -even by 12, so I called and kept in contact with the technician who stated he was one call away every hour up until 5:30 PM then.- The technician rescheduled me without my permission for for a day that I wasn’t even aware of.? (He never showed)-Now bad enough they’re charging $129 to already come out and not assess the appliance, but to not communicate!? This is awful service. I recommend not using it. Even their service center representatives were useless. This guy his name was James H. from A & E repair company -keep in mind if you see that name come up ask for a different technician because he will definitely leave you without service and we will have wasted your day.SEAR Appliance Repair -Seriously need to do better with their contractors. I decided to give Sears another chance on a different day. But this time they sent out a guy by the name of Gregory. Who was professionally , courteous, diligent, careful, and neat. I started this review out with a one star, but it ended up being a five. Gregory received my opinion about Sears. What a nice man.
