Drew my service tech was wonderful and knowledgeable on his things and helped me out . Kept me in the loop with time an handle my repair without a problem very happy customer. Keep him around an hopefully if I need a repair again he will come 😊😊

Technician was great. If sears had sent the correct OEM part to begin with instead of some after market part, it would have saved sears thousands of dollars in repair costs.
