The repair man was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Came in diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Was very neat, and cleaned up behind himself. It was an overall great experience and I will use them again.

Jorge was outstanding! Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick to identify the problem, order the necessary parts and efficiently repaired. My only complaint was the time it took to schedule the follow up appointment and the 8 to 5 window that usually requires you to take the whole day because you cannot depend on the original ETA. Last Friday, I had an appointment and no one showed up or called. I just received another AI notice that I had requested it to be rescheduled which is not true.! Jorge has nothing to do with this timing and in no way should be held accountable. He is an excellent technician. It has taken me 10 service calls to finally get someone that correctly diagnosed the problem. It is working today. Keep those fingers crossed. Thank you Jorge.

Knowledgeable, experienced. Friendly, efficient! But quick diagnosis was washer is dead and more expensive to fix than purchase a new one. Not the news I wanted to hear, but he was a straight shooter

Repairman cleaned around gaskets and ran quick rinse, no leaks seen. Lopked underneath, no water seen. So I paid diagnostic fee and hope for the best.
