When I tried to post this review to your initial request, yet again the AI driven link was dysfunctional. The best service I received came from the tech (a human) who diagnosed my appliance issue, and the trouble shooter (another human) who managed the repeated glitches in getting my home warranty purchase completed. The point at which the technology ran amok was when I asked for an update of the arrival time for my tech. The AI responder indicated it could not find my appointment within less than a minute of my receiving a text that the tech was on his way. When I clicked to chat with the chat bot, I got the same response, that there was no record of my service appointment. I linked to what I think was a human (Baylon) who apologized for the glitch and indicated that he could see the appointment. He pinged the tech to call me and let me know when I could expect him, which the tech did. The next issue was in getting support for the purchase of the service plan. Because Sears does not accept Amex, my major credit card, we had to navigate the fraud alert for a little used MC account. The problem on the Sears end was in having the submissions show up when they were entered. I had to reenter information several times, and we had to have the help of a trouble shooter to achieve enrollment and payment. Consider how this level of technology could be useful if it provided a seamless interface with the customer. The glitches need to be smoothed out before it is ready for prime time.
