Robert was an excellent technician, where ours would have given up a long time ago. 3 hours after hitting one brick wall after another to get to the part that needed replacement. Robert stuck with it. Had a great attitude trying to get past all the hurdles dealing eith a thermador Now i understand why some many companies don't want to touch them. God best Robert. He should get a huge bonus for the work he did today
