Terrible. Sears and Kenmore are both horrible. Purchased a French door Kenmore refrigerator in October 2019. It stopped working December 2022. Sears technician came out and said it was an internal freon leak. Sears says it is no longer covered under the manufacturer warranty. Paid over 2000 dollars for a refrigerator that only lasted 3 years.

The agreement is misleading. I canceled my membership. Other home warranty policies are better.

It is impossible to speak to anyone at SEARS. All phone numbers connect to machines that just take you in circles. Bought the home warranty, but unfortunately it is looking like another insurance scam...

If I could give less than 1 star I would, GE scheduled Sears, a.k.a. A&E appliance services for a warranty repair, they showed up the first time, ordered the part, we received the part it was bent, they over nighted us another one and said they would be back in two days to fix it…that was almost 3 weeks ago. Since then they have rescheduled multiple times. You can never get anyone on the phone, just sent to a recording that ultimately hangs up on you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, if you have any warranty problems you should request another company to do the repair.

Failed to show up for scheduled appointment. Appointment was rescheduled and they failed to show up again using the same excuses. I will NEVER use Sears repair service again.
