Five stars for the "human" repairmen The repairmen did a quick job of diagnosing the problem, getting parts ordered and delivered and the actual repair of the washer. The cost was covered due to the age of the washer. The estimate for the repair was more than the original cost of the washer and dryer . Thus my answer the repair was overpriced. Thankful the problem occurred prior to the one year mark. ONE & 1/2 stars for the texting and email scheduling. This messaging system needs some work. Kept getting updates from two different AI transmitted text phone numbers. One day AI from one number sent 6 messages back to back wanting me to pick a repair date and time. On the same date AI from another number had already given me a confirmed date and time. Considering I was getting email messages with a different date and time it was very confusing. Welcome to the world of AI. Right?

I was disappointed that I didn't get the service completed on the original schedule service repair day and had to reschedule. However, the repair has been completed. I am grateful that it was completed and working. I have washed 5 loads of clothes since the repair has been completed. It is working without any water leaking. That's 5 stars to me. Its fixed. GREGORY, the technician repair the washer great. ONCE HE GOT STARTED, HE DIDN'T STOP UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED. The washer works even better and quieter. ITS RUNNING THE BEST IT EVER HAS RUN AND QUIETER!!!!! UPDATE: We have washed 11loads now without any issues from the repair.
