The AI portion of the experience - keeping me up to date on where the technician is, status, etc - is very off. While the tech was working on my dishwasher, I got an AI phone call saying that he should be at my house in the next hour. Awkward. The human portion of the experience was great - courteous and clear. He shared some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening in the future.

The original call for service was placed on 05/26/26 and Brandon came to repair the dishwasher on 0527. He said the drain pump needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and arrived at our home on Thursday, 0528. Brandon said he would be back on Friday, 0529 to repair it. We received multiple emails saying the appointments would be delayed. I tried to contact a person to discuss why this was happening and was unable to talk to a person, only the automated answering service. Evidently Brandon didn't know the real problem; it was a blocked pipe leading into/from the garbage disposal, not a PUMP. Very dissatisfied with Brandon's evaluation of the problem. Drew came today and discovered a blocked pipe, cleaned it out and fixed the problem. However, we waited almost two weeks with water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher which was very "stinky" to say the least. If we require further home service repairs, please send a competent person to fix the problem.
