Roy represents the BEST of Sears! He called 1st thing in the morning to give me an idea of when he’d possibly come by to repair my dryer (which is GREAT, because we never heard from Sears Home Services on PREVIOUS appointments, in a different area (HVAC)….for the past several months). Roy further impressed us, in that he showed up, unlike my previous 4 HVAC appointments when no one came but reported in their system that they performed the repair. Lastly Roy was a wonderful and very knowledgeable tech and I highly recommend him, as all systems are go! Our dryer is back working, all because of Roy’s excellent service!
