The only issue I had was the company needs to stop sending 3-4 emails and 3-4 texts daily. They would send one and ask a question which I would answer but then they continued sending text and emails asking for the same information. From the time of scheduling to the time of service I was constantly counted asking for the same information which was very frustrating.
