Drew was very professional and assessed the refrigerator/freezer with precision; although, he was unable to repair it. We lost EVERYTHING! The price of Food keeps increasing and we are OUT of ALL our frozen meats& vegetables, milk, eggs, cheeses, bottled water, cold cuts, breakfast goods, condiments, refrigerated medications & more. Regardless of what the government says, we have paid outrageous prices for food thats been lost. The product is still under warranty so there was no charges for this service. We're waiting to hear as to what will happen next. We were told we will be contacted within 3-5 working days. Fingers are crossed. Are we upset for the loss of food items in addition to loss of refrigerator/freezer? Of course we are.
