Our service tech Greg was great. Although he didn't recommend repairing our washer because of it's age, the cost of repair and the kind of repair it would need he was still very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he listened to everything we had to say and thoroughly explained everything to us. We could tell he's excellent at his job and he truly cares about his customers!
