Drew’s service was excellent. He clearly explained the diagnostics and steps needed to resolve the problem. Throughout the service call he cleaned up as he worked and was conscious about leaving the workspace as he found it.

Johnny noticed the problem right away and took steps to verify the problem, which was drainage, not the washing machine. A plumber had to repair the problem. The service was diagnosis. Making an appointment was extremely difficult because communication with your company is nearly impossible. You only allow communication online with choices that do not include the necessary options. Telephone communication is only with an AI robot. You need to allow customers to talk with a human being. No one came for the first appointment I made and no notice was given that the technician was not coming. Instead, a new appointment was made for me but on a day that I couldn't be home. I finally was able to make an appointment by way of chat with "Dani" who might have been a real human being. It's been a frustrating experience.
