Used Home warranty seevuge from American Home Shield. Sears A&E Service sent Johnny out to troubleshoot out dishwasher that is about 15 years old and stopped working. He is very kind, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE and worked diligently to try to repair the OLD dishwasher. When he realized it was simply beyond repair, he worked just as hard for us, the customer, to get our replacement underway and it really demonstrated his commitment not only to his employer, but equally to his customers to help get us back where we need to be, since the dishwasher has been unusable for a few weeks now. Highly recommend Sears A&E Service, and if you're blessed with Johnny as your technician, you'll be pleased with him! Respectfully, Jerry&Keli Hatcher
