I recently had an issue with my ice maker. I am happy to report that my experience with the Sears repair service was excellent from start to finish. The service technician arrived on time as scheduled and clearly knew what he was doing and quickly repaired my ice maker. My ice maker is back to producing ice!! I would definitely use Sears repair services again.

Robert is better than the best...he is stellar!! Out of the many technicians that have tried to fix my refrigerator, he is the only one that has finally identified the problem. He is very professional, also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Keeps me posted along the way of his ETA. If we ever need service again, I will always request Robert.
