I had service repair on my glass top range and my service technician Jonny and trainee were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They were professional, kind, fast workers with good work ethics as well as having great customer service skills and superb understanding knowledgeable with knowing the problem and solution for the repair of my product. Although there was a slight delay in the repair due to scheduling, however that had nothing to do with the service technician representatives, great performance and completed work. My total and honest review conclusion, although there was a slight delay with my repair time I would most definitely still highly recommend Sears appliance repair services.
