I’m very pleased with the service technician working on my equipment. He took the time to explain the specific parts that need replacing and the likely cost I would expect for the job. Very willing to answer any questions and give comprehensive answers. Would gladly have this person out to work on our equipment again.

Outstanding customer service from Mr. Willie today. Great guy and knows his stuff. Offered the HVAC Sears cleaning service I accepted and he cleaned and serviced my HVAC unit and repaired the problem in no time. Price was very good for the service I received today. It was 88 inside my home today and once it was repair the temp started dropping. Thank you Sears and Mr. Willie.
