He checked it and during another electrical storm it came back on. He checked it and said it was working fine. Lowered the temperature for both sides, took readings and said if a problem came up give them a call.

Tech was great listened to my problems and responded to them. Not that he could fix because it is unfixable. The only thing I would prefer is an appt time narrowed down to 8-12 or 12-5. Wondering and waiting the whole day a real drag.
