The technician kept us updated throughout the day on the time he estimated he would arrive and after he arrived he explained all tasks completed and showed us the broken parts. He was courteous and professional.

The service provider was very professional and also very acknowledged of the work. My repair man was awesome! He rescheduled my appointment so I could run to Lowe’s to get a new cord. I didn’t realize he couldn’t work on the dryer himself but he explained it to me and I ran over to Lowe’s and he came back in an hour.
