Paul Carrinjter is an absolutely outstanding technician & a blessing as well who goes above and beyond what is needed to do the job! Paul is so polite, knowledgeable & informative & really knows his job! I hope I don’t need Paul again but it would be a pleasure to see him once again! I’m sorry I didn’t get a photo as Paul was off to another customer!

Our technician, Paul, arrived at about 2:30 pm to replace our air conditioner unit's compressor. It was a big job taking about 3 1/2 hours. Throughout His time here he had to brave periods of downpouring rain to ensure that our service was completed efficiently and that our unit was functioning in the proper condition before he left. Thank you, Paul!!
