Service provider was professional, knowledgeable, and worked fairly quickly in completing our microwave repair. Sears appliance repair service was also very communicative in regard to parts and when the service would be completed with updates to service as they became available. Overall, it was a great experience and if I could, I would highly recommend our technician to others because he was phenomenal.
