This repair was scheduled through our home warranty service. Paul, the technician, did an excellent job repairing our gas pack and restoring our heat. He diagnosed the problem quickly, stayed in communication with me as he located the needed part, and returned as promised to complete the job.

He checked the washing machine. He had to order the part and he came back and installed it. He explained what was covered in the service agreement. He did the maintenance check. Everything is working good. He did a great job.
