Phil Hassle(?). I hope I’m not sabotaging his last name. Lol. He was very passionate and knowledgeable when it came to fixing appliances. I had a problem with my dishwasher. An error message suddenly keeps popping up in the middle of the cycle. When Phil turned on the dishwasher, it worked perfectly fine. I don’t know the issue is but I hope I don’t face the same problem again. I still paid the diagnostic fee. However, I didn’t mind paying because Phil was so friendly and professional.

Cedric from Sears Appliance Repair did an outstanding job fixing the ice maker on my refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything in a clear and friendly way, and had my ice maker back up and running in no time. It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill with great customer service, but Cedric definitely delivers. I truly appreciate his expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend Cedric and Sears Appliance Repair!
