Highly pleased. George always takes good care of my riding lawnmower. Not sure why Sears has not repaired or replaced his service vehicle. He is a valuable employee and deserves better.

Great experience. He arrived promptly, started working on the double ovens. The tech tested the ovens and gave me advice to maintain the ovens. He was very respectful and had very positive attitude.

Mason B was very professional, very helpful, and well mannered. He was able to fix my dryer in less than 45 minutes. Very quick and he went above and beyond by even vacuuming the excessive amount of lint out of the dryer after he took everything apart. He made sure everything was running down to the heating coils and the motor. Thank you Mason for getting my dryer back up and running.
