The heater went out in my home, I called sears and they scheduled an appointment. Not an immediate appointment but we were patient. The technician (Paul) came out and immediately knew what the problem was, parts had to be ordered and he came back on the reschedule date and fixed the issue in less than an hour. We are truly Grateful! Also, I saved a lot of money on this repair. I would recommend Sears home protection to anyone, it’s a game changer!!

Technician found the issue that I did not notice and fixed it. It is so sad that the guy that signed us up for home appliance services lied to us saying we would get a discount for today’s service.
