The tech is a really nice guy and very thorough in the repair. tech gets 5 stars, Sears gets 2, Sears is too because of all the mess-ups they did this year. Dropped them and went with someone else

Excellent, from the time I was notified the Tech was on the way, until the completion of the job, Mr Ramirez was Stress-free, carefully explaining every detail of My Freezer problem and what He had to do to correct the situation as well as cost and options to complete the job.
