Technician was very professional and attentive to the repair needed to be done. The Sears Appliance service in general needs attention. No specific time was provided for the tech to arrive on the day of the appointment. Only 8am to 5pm was provided. That window is way to big to just be sitting around the house specially when the tech arrived at 5:20pm maying me lost a full day of work. The scheduling system is just broke and needs to be addressed. As mention, the tech was very professional and attentive on what needed to be done.
