Philip came out today. He noticed that only one of the parts were sent where there should've been four parts sent. He quickly found the rest of the parts on his truck and repaired the problem within minutes. He's a great technician and I would gladly welcome him anytime into my house..

Barry has been the only bright light in my repair issues with Sears. This year I've had refrigerator and HVAC issues. The HVAC guy last summer could not address the issues which were never addressed. I pay for the maintenance agreement that cost me about $1900 per year. You kept canceling and rescheduling, Barry deserves a 10 but I will do the 5. The AI needs customer relations training.
