While he did eventually fix the dishwasher it took SEVEN visits and THREE missed appointments. Come to find out the first part he installed was the right part but (and I don't understand this) he didn't have a part within the part and on the 7th visit he figured it out and put the part in the part into the dishwasher and it worked. That shouldn't have happened and I missed so much work (he was here like 4 hours every time) and appointments had to be reschedule because of this.

Thanks Edmar for his third attempt to fix the vent blockage issue. Defrost could not fix the problem. hope the reseal can do better. Will continue monitoring the refrigerator and may do a recall if the problem reoccurs.

We were able to use our dishwasher as long as we ran it when we were there to ensure the cycle completed and drained. Zaire installed a new door latch that promptly failed preventing us from being able to clise the door and use the dishwasher. We had to schedule another technician to come out who told us the door lock needed to be replaced-again! Now we aren't able to use the dishwasher at all because the door won't latch and we will be in our fourth visit to fix this issue.

One of the worst experiences in a repair job ever. The technician was very friendly, but the 1st visit we were told "oh we need to order the part" even though there was a whole "take a picture of the model so we can have the parts ready", then the next visit weeks later, after technician tried to install the part, realized that the wrong part had been ordered. Weeks later, replaced the part, but it wasn't even the part that was broken and needed replacing. Weeks later, waited until 5pm for our "8-5 window", and was messaged at 4:55 that "your technician can't make it today", rescheduled weeks later, finally fixed. Took 3-4 months to repair this part. NO customer service to contact. Only automated voice mails and message trees. absolutely no way to contact anyone. It was HORRIBLE customer service.
