Benjamin was great! Very efficient and helpful. Gave me good advice. The only negative was all of the questions Sears requires them to ask trying to upsell the customer (which is not at all a reflection on Benjamin).

Mr. Phillip was courteous and friendly. He was very thorough in his work and very knowledgeable about the appliances he serviced. He explained everything he was doing to each appliance. I have never had anyone to ever do that before! His years of experience enabled him to give me as a consumer some really good advice to help maintain the appliances. Whenever I need service again, I do wish Philip could be the technician who comes EVERY TIME!

Mr. Philip was very courteous and friendly. He took his time to thoroughly check the appliances and verify their proper operation. He gave some helpful advice as to how to maximize their maintenance. Daniel was absolutely superb, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. However he was not able to get to our house until AFTER the 8AM-5PM time window due to his being overbooked and routed improperly. There was no way to get any human in the chat or via phone at all to address the delay. Finally I reached out via chat to the warranty section and was provided some information, which was not accurate at all. I lost a whole day waiting and waiting and waiting.
