Daniel superb, Sears Home Services not
Daniel was absolutely superb, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. However he was not able to get to our house until AFTER the 8AM-5PM time window due to his being overbooked and routed improperly. There was no way to get any human in the chat or via phone at all to address the delay. Finally I reached out via chat to the warranty section and was provided some information, which was not accurate at all. I lost a whole day waiting and waiting and waiting.

ZAIRE WAS FRIENDLYAND VERY HELPFUL. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK ON ARRIVAL AFTER DISCUSSING MY PROBLEM. HE DID A VERY THOUROGH CHECK FOR ME. PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED BEFORE HE LEFT.
