Great customer service!
Phil has been to our home three times this past month to complete two yearly checks on the dishwasher and washing machine and once for a washing machine repair. He is friendly and gets the job done quickly with skill.

Mr. Phillip was courteous and friendly. He was very thorough in his work and very knowledgeable about the appliances he serviced. He explained everything he was doing to each appliance. I have never had anyone to ever do that before! His years of experience enabled him to give me as a consumer some really good advice to help maintain the appliances. Whenever I need service again, I do wish Philip could be the technician who comes EVERY TIME!
