Benjamin arrived on time - found the issue with our refrigerator...left to get the part & told me he would try to return yet today or early tomorrow And here he came back, installed the new part & was on his way to the next appointment. I was most impressed.

Mr. Lane worked very efficiently in a tight space. Besides leveling and double-checking a stack-top laundry center, he found and told me the lid switch had melted and told me an estimated cost to fix that.
