Appreciate Zaire's assistance. Came early to help! Informative regarding process for next steps & estimate. Patient with questions & planning. Thank you Zaire! A note to Sears home services: you need a # answered by people locally!! Online only is NOT helpful to customers. You are losing business this way even if you think you are saving $$. Online appt to block a full day for repair person to come w/o knowing a 2 hour window of time is NOT helpful.
