Suamys is a professional and provided professional advice. One item not related to his service. It is hard to see what I am typing on this webpage. There is hardly any contract. I have changed the web browser without any luck. Whoever designed this webpage needs to change fonts.

Zaire has been to our home 3 times and was always helpful and candid. Unfortunately, it took 2 months to finally get our trash compactor fixed given multiple cancelled appointments both day before and day of. Received damaged parts, so took yet another appointment, and on top of all that only got a full day placeholder for the appointment in advance so had to waste multiple days out of the office. Will NEVER use Sears again.

The service person is excellent and he did a good job, but your web site design is very bad. I couldn't even reschedule my appointment on the site. I call the 800 number to reschedule my appointment, the operator did not know what to do. These are very bad. Let me know if you are going to make it easier for your customer.
