Great service from Terence
It turns out we had a minor problem. Terence solved it right away and explained to us why it happened and how to avoid it in the future. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Hope to see him again if we have a problem.

Jonathan was very professional. He was respectful of my home by putting down cardboard to protect the hardwood floors and asked if he needed to wear she covers. Everything was put back in place when the work was complete and area was clean. The service took less than 30 mins and there were no issues. Great service and would recommend again.

Philip was on time and very efficient. He explained to me what was wrong and he fixed it so the washing machine can run for for a while. He told me about how old the machine was and he recommended purchasing a new machine because there was something funny about the motor. About turning one way to wash and turning the other way to spin out and it's the spin out part that is weaker although he got it going. So I am very satisfied with his help. He was very knowledgeable and a very pleasant personality
