Enrique was very professional and polite. He was friendly and spoke to everyone when he entered our home. He offered to help me move some of the stuff I was trying to clear out of the hallway. He explained to me what he did while servicing our HVAC unit. He is the reason I will keep using thiss company!

Zaire has been to our home 3 times and was always helpful and candid. Unfortunately, it took 2 months to finally get our trash compactor fixed given multiple cancelled appointments both day before and day of. Received damaged parts, so took yet another appointment, and on top of all that only got a full day placeholder for the appointment in advance so had to waste multiple days out of the office. Will NEVER use Sears again.
