Best ever
Benjamin is a treasure that Sears should really appreciate. He is a gentleman, knows everything with refrigerators , cleans up great, works hard to find and fix the problem. Benjamin is a great asset to your company and shld be compensated accordingly. If I ever I have another problem Benjamin would be who I will ask for. Never had such a tech come and finds the problem immediately and knows how to fix it. He is the BEST EVER.!!!!!

No one likes to have an appliance break, but Benjamin makes the repair experience as good as it can be. He's very knowledgable and good to work with. Be glad if he's assigned to your repair. Also, I like the app that shows how many stops the repair person has before they get to my house. It helps me plan my day.

First time he order wrong parts but later order right parts and fixed it. Working fine. Easy to setup appointment. He has a good knowledge.

Technician Tim provide good diagnosis about the issue and potential fix. It seems there is improvement for the type of service in term of cost. The part is cheaper, but labor for fix the heating part with part is almost a brand new dryer. I reviewed the fix from YouTube. This is not that complicated to replace the part. In this case, I would buy a new one, or fix it by myself. Hope you can improve the home service with low cost. Otherwise people might go other service providers.
