Timothy showed up a little later than I thought he would. But once on-site, he identified the problem with my dryer, explained it to me, and fixed it up in short order. Everything works again. We also make small talk about music we both like. Timothy did well.

Suamys was very respectful and contentious the entire time. My refrigerator has spatial challenges and he took every precaution to not damage my floor or the island that was poorly placed when put in. He is knowledgeable about refrigerators and I was happy that he was assigned to my work order,
