Our dryer stopped working; a quick call to repair service at Sears created an appointment for the next day. However, the suggested 1-4 timeframe kept getting later. I asked if the repair person might work late and was assured someone would help us. Our serviceman arrived at 8:30 pm, and quickly discovered the problem. In less than an hour a stray sock was removed from the innards of the dryer and everything tested and worked just fine. A HUGE THANK YOU to our repairman - a new dryer would have set us back $1000 more than the cost of the repair.

The automated system to tell when the technician would arrive was very helpful. Edmar was lovely and patient with my problem. He diagnosed the situation, a plug in the condensate drain, and got to work fixing it. I am so pleased to have my frig working again.

Issued the death certificate on our 23 year old Kenmore with compassion and care. We fretted all day as we watched the temperature dropped waiting his arrival between "8 AM and 5 PM." He arrived at 5:38 PM. Would be nice to at least know where we are in the repair que. You could do that!
