Start with the bad I don’t like that Sears give you an all day window for a service technician to show up. Basically I had to waste a whole day waiting for my technician. The good my Service technician was Ignacio. He showed up and was very helpful and friendly and diagnosed the issue with our range. He have the quote and I asked if he had the parts on his van. He went out got the parts and came back in to replace the heating element.

The technicians were very customer service oriented, very cordial and technically inclined. They were very efficient in their work. My equipment had and needed a special kind of blower, they explained the entire issue to me, they did not have the part on/in their truck, but promised to go get it and return to complete the installation. I did not think they would return like most others, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They actually returned, completed the stallation, and explained everything else to me. We are very satisfied with their work and appreciative of them. We pray they be the ones to always service our equipment in the future if need be. We wish them the very best in their professional career. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
