Timothy, the second technician that came to my house, left me with an operating washing machine. The first technician that came left me with an inoperable washing machine for a week, and as it turned out, ordered an incorrect part. So, I was without a washing machine for two weeks. Timothy repaired my washing machine before the correct part was ever installed. The fact that my washing machine cost over $1,000 and is less than 5 years old, makes me grieve that I can no longer count on Sears products for longevity. My future appliances will not be from Sears:(
