Daniel did an excellent job of chasing down and managing our service and repair. He is professional, personable and helpful. We are very pleased that we had a chance to meet and work with him. Unfortunately, the parts needed to repair our range are no longer available, however we will continue to use Sears Home Service going forward.

The technician had even serviced this oven for the previous house owners and also talked about service records for induction stoves. It’s really dreadful for those that work late schedules that Sears repair won’t support even a morning/afternoon choice within 8-5 for approximate time.
