I have been waiting since the 6th of January for my washing machine I have been calling Home Shield warranty every day and talk to Reps. (Philippines), they don't understand. Your tech was just here with a work order for my Refrigerator; a tech was here on Monday to check MY REFRIGERATOR!!! I would like for your tech to come back by and check my washing machine today! Someone from American Home Shield told me they could check all of my repairs the Same day. Please call me today, I have trouble getting anyone there to talk to.!!

Edmar was very professional. He explained every thing he had to do on my refrigerator. Edmar informed me that he had to order a compressor and when it should arrived and scheduled me a revisit to install the compressor. He also informed me how long it will take to install. After installation he informed me to wait 24 hours before proper use and to call he if there are any problem.
