Daniel is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! He knew how to fix both my dishwasher and washing machine!! Daniel even retrieved an invoice ticket where water filters and air filters were ordered in 2024 but never delivered! Sears is lucky to have him !

Dishwasher was determined to have heat element issue, which was replaced under warranty, but that didn't fix the problem. But the order was closed. So I had to reopen a new requested, which now they did is have to pay a fee, and they requested a video chat, but it was nearing the holidays and crazy times. After not having a chance to video call within a few days they canceled my request with no warning!! Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
