Initial phone contact was well done, clearly explained the process. Repairman "Jonathan" came out the next day (today) as promised, giving me timely estimates of his arrival time. "Problem" with my washing machine turned out to be "user error" in getting the washing machine started. Jonathan was very polite, did not double over laughing at my stupidity. Charged me the $129 diagnostic fee (as I had been informed the day before). Also mentioned that my wonderful 18 year old Kenmore washing machine was a good model, actually was kept in their line-up until 2012. And I must say, my washer-dryer pair (both Kenmore) have served me flawlessly for 18 years. (I went with Sears in hopes that if the machine did need repairs Sears would have a chance of getting parts for this 2007 Kenmore.)

Technician did a great job I only wish at the one time visit he could have put in the wash machine tube/lip that I had purchased from Sears a year ago. So I wouldn’t have to pay a service charge again.
