Timothy demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills by quickly identifying the root cause of the issue. He excelled in client interactions by showing me where the issue was and explained the problem in simple terms. He also provided a detailed estimate and was knowledgeable and polite. He said he would be here within 10 - 15 minutes and he was. Timothy was the best.
