I must say, the technician I had was absolutely outstanding, you worried more about my mom having heat than anything, and I appreciate that even when he came back for the second time, he asked about her, that’s what I call going above and beyond. Dealing with the service center they require you to have a 8 to 5 window, they can cancel on you at any time, but want you to give them a 24 hour notice and they don’t communicate I heard more from my tech than I did from the service center and I appreciate that that’s why he’s outstanding.
